Troubleshooters provides a remote support service for times when an on-site call
is not necessary to fix a minor problem. This service is priced lower per hour
than our on-site service.
The remote service application is downloaded and started by you from our web site. Only after
you start the remote service application will we be able to access
your computer. Remote support is only available when you are already
on the phone or in a chat session with us.
We never have the ability to control or access you computer unless you
first grant permission.
